1. Who we are

Voxota ("we", "us") publishes guides about AI tools and productivity software at voxota.com. This policy explains what information is handled when you visit the site or contact us.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and to handle your request, such as a correction.
  • Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider processes basic technical data when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested. This is needed to deliver and secure the site.
  • We do not run user accounts, collect payment details, or sell personal information.

3. Cookies

Voxota does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting and security provider may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to protect the site, for example against abuse. If we add analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy first and, where required by law, ask for your consent.

4. Analytics

We do not currently use a third-party analytics service. If we start using one, we will name it here, describe what it collects, and explain how to opt out.

5. Third-party services

  • Hosting and security: the site is served through Cloudflare, which processes request data to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
  • External links: our articles link to other websites, such as official documentation. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

6. How long we keep information

We keep emails only as long as needed to respond and keep reasonable records of corrections, then delete them. Hosting providers keep technical logs according to their own retention policies.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. These include the right to access, correct, or delete it, and to object to or restrict certain uses.

  • EU/EEA and UK (GDPR / UK GDPR): we process the limited data above based on our legitimate interest in running and securing the site and responding to you. You can contact us to exercise your rights, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
  • California (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to delete it.

To make any request, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first.

8. Children

Voxota is a general-audience site and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes will be made before any new data practice begins.
